I thought the option of still and sparkling were only available when ordering a bottle of water – little did I realise that they were also options with the mind. When the mind is not still, it stirs little bubbles, teasing bits of sparkles and fizzes. Decisions taken during this period, perceptions formed and even general thoughts may turn out to be a bit woozy. Like still water which reflects images as it is, a still mind enables us to see and assess situations rationally without clouds of judgment.

Sparkle but think and act when your mind is calm….STILL.
